Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fedgrantfinder.com (the "Service"), operated by FedGrantFinder. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

FedGrantFinder indexes and makes searchable public federal grant opportunities published by Grants.gov, along with tools to filter, save, and track those opportunities and to receive deadline alerts. FedGrantFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. government or any federal agency.

Grant data on the Service is synced from Grants.gov on a nightly schedule and reflects that source at the time of the last sync. Grant listings — including deadlines, eligibility, and award amounts — can change, be delayed in our sync, or contain errors. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any listing is complete, current, or accurate.

Always verify deadlines, eligibility requirements, and award details directly with the issuing agency, on Grants.gov, or through the official application system before relying on them or applying. FedGrantFinder is a discovery tool, not a substitute for the official source.

Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, or grant-writing advice, and using the Service does not guarantee that you are eligible for any grant, that your application will be considered, or that you will receive funding. Eligibility and funding decisions are made entirely by the issuing government agency, under its own criteria and process.

To save grants or set up alerts, you need an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service other than through Grants.gov directly, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes another person's rights;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' use of it;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate the U.S. government, a government agency, or FedGrantFinder;
• Abuse the search, saving, or alert features — for example, creating alert subscriptions or accounts in bulk or through automated means.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.

Federal grant data displayed on the Service originates from Grants.gov and, as a work of the U.S. government, is generally in the public domain. The way that data is organized, searched, filtered, and presented on this Service — along with our branding, design, and underlying software — belongs to FedGrantFinder and is not licensed to you for reuse outside of ordinary use of the Service.

The Service links out to Grants.gov, agency websites, and official application portals. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Follow those links at your own discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FedGrantFinderand its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funding, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including reliance on any grant listing, deadline, or eligibility information displayed on it — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
